If you have a valid permit issued by the City of Stonnington, or other authority, and were issued a parking infringement you may appeal the parking infringement.
To lodge a written appeal you are required to provide the following information in a written and signed letter:
- Infringement Number
- Registration Number
- Date of Offence
- Name
- Address
- Contact Number
- Permit Number
- Expiry Date
- Permit Holder’s Full Name
- Permit Holder’s Address
- Copy of permit
- Any other information (if applicable)
